What if we set our egos free? And you stopped trying so hard to love me And I stopped trying so hard to love you And we both stopped trying to love ourselves And instead we focused On loving the world together What if we stopped trying to be interesting to each other? And instead we focused On going interesting places And watching interesting films And having interesting adventures Side by side What if we stopped trying to be beautiful? And instead we focused On enjoying the beauty of nature In places that make us forget ourselves And listening to beautiful music As we dance together under the sky What if we worried less about being replaceable? And focused more on making Irreplaceable memories What if we set our egos free?

We have ALL encountered dogs that have been so mistreated that when you approach them, they lie down, flop over onto their backs and put their Paws up in the air in a totally defenceless Posture. Some People act in the same way: "It's my fault,i screwed up-i deserve a whipping,so let me assume the Position" They communicate to the world their understanding that in every Situation, there are 'whippers' and 'whipees',and that they expect to be the whipee. Paws us People have made it clear that there is a Pecking order and they expect to be at the bottom. The world will gladly accomodate them, If you want to know the the truth, here is the Truth: "The Primary cause of Unhappiness is never the Situation but the thought about it" Beware of the thoughts you are thinking;Seperate them from the Situation which is always Neutral IT IS AS IT IS Stop looking outside for the scrap of Pleasure or Fulfilment, for Validation,Security or Love__You have a TREASURE within that is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer.

51 years ago on this day,oct 9TH My late mum was born(RIP) as Uganda pulled out of the hands of the imperialists I knew it all the years i lived with her here on earth.... That mummy was heaven sent....she was a game changer. Six years ago when she left to be with the Lord, As we sobbed and felt so lost We all said it deep in our Hearts:"GONE TOO SOON" As Uganda a country with which my mum celebrates her Birthday clocks 51, I Undoubtedly believe that momma is 51 years too in Heaven. Dead as she is,she still lives right here in my heart and will forever be. Mum,always know that your Legacy will forever be, I ,we,miss you so very much here on earth BUT we carry hope in our Hearts that we shall meet again someday. Your loving kindness to the People you helped has been passed unto us And we shall pay it forward like you taught us. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY,HAPPY BIRTHDAY UGANDA. FOR GOD AND MY COUNTRY.

For so long my Life was haunted By the shoes i couldn't fill Of someone i had never understood And likely never will I knew i loved you so much But i hoped in time i would move on I didn't understand the need to cling To things that are long gone And i have found it useless to compete With the version of the past I remember only the happiness And forget why it didn't last So i had to let you go I was playing a game i would never win The gate around your heart is locked And you would never let me in.

It always seems impossible until it is done. Its been a really long year filled with Joy and Sorrow, It is so great the two are twins, they complement each other. No honest Person can tell you they were always happy. Life is a roll coaster of Ups and downs. At this time of the year when everyone is counting the days down, We tend to hold People or worse, situations culpable for Failures. If only this notion of:'it is because of them' died out, I would say everyone is good to go for the New Year. It all takes learning that some setbacks are traps for our comeback. For things you have achieved, congrats. For Failures you've made, you can do better next year. Don't hang in there thinking it is done if you hit the Jackpot, And if you were the fortunate unlucky tell yourself; 'It takes a real man to rise up again after every fall' You are far much better than you think!

The Place called stuck,i dont like it. I'm not fond of it.I dont like how it feels__ensnared by a trap. I set the trap myself.I know it.I admit to it I work hard to escape, grasping out in the world for the right Inspiration. Waiting for the mood, the right time I know what i have to do but cant get myself to do it. As it will entail chewing my arm. I see others doing it,exuding Passion in what they are doing. And i remain here in this spot; Running furiously, trampling my dreams but not getting anywhere. The drama of it all Procrastination.Fear.Fatigue.Anxiety, Worry that won't be Perfect or good enough. We've all been here.I know because i have asked People. Yes,it happens to the best and the brightest of Us But why and how in the world do we get out and get moving into that groove that feels good? If you are like me__and this has,no doubt, happened to you in some way you would read this far __berate yourself about getting started on something.Anything.Just to begin. Beginning is the most important of work. JOY-FILLED NEW YEAR

The only reason known to me for conflict between People is forgeting we are DIFFERENT. Don't judge someone because they sin differently than you. If you exude Prejudice,it will haunt all your Life. No one is hurt by the your Pain and anger but you. As you grow through Life, Always remember: your choicer and responsibilities__win or hold the keys to your Destiny. Grow through Life.Learn and re-learn. You don't really know someone untill you know what they want. If you asked me what is wrong with with world, this is is what i would say: 'People focus on what they want and not for a second think about what other people want or worse,NEED' You have to know when to be arrogant, You have to know when to be humble, And you have to know when to shut the fuck up! Straight up:insolence and the love for superiority is obnoxious. Put your Pride aside.what is the point in being proud and unhappy? The things you love are the things that can easily destroy you, People you call friends might be the first to cast a stone when you flop. But you have to let go.Life goes on. Don't worry about the People in your Past, There is a reason they didn't make it your Future.

Seven months ago when i penned 'a Friend called Grace' it was overly about God's grace towards me. I can never be more grateful to Him because he has always been there for me unconditionally. Two decades and four years ago i survived childhood death by the grace of God ,and, today i am what i am what i am by the grace of God. It has been soft and rough traversing the years but you know what, His grace has been Sufficient for me. I am so grateful to God for all the Providence,it overwhelms me. Grace is the Power that calls us to change and gives the Power to pull it out. I have had this grace from the first day here on earth,it has been with me all the way and i carry hope in my heart it will be with me to the end. It is the grace at the beginning and the end that i am talking about. It was and will be with me when i breathe my last. When you and I come to our death beds, the one thing that helped us in the beginning. My Life started with grace, It has continued with grace, and will end with grace. By the grace i am what i am.Yet not I,but by the grace of God

In Mathematics, he was imprisoned for 27years and lived for 95years In Geography, he put South and the African continent on the world map In theology,he preached the gospel of reconciliation In science,he emerged winner against blindness in the lime dunes at Robben island In Sustainable Procurement,he procured the independence of South Africa In Political science,he traded his Political career with a Compromise for Freedom In Music,he played a song whose ending keeps it lingering in the memory of the Listener. In Philosophy,His words:"It always seems impossible until it is done" will always ring a bell. Most importantly in History,he will FOREVER live in our Hearts.

December 13, 2013 at 2:32pm It always seems impossible until it is done. I cant believe it is finally done, It hasn't been easy but i have finally come through. I have crawled, walked and run across the books, The last three years i have done coursework, was tested and examined At times i felt so low and almost wanted to quit... But you know what:"winners never quit and quitters never win". I have always counted on someone and i am not done yet, when i had lost hope,He gave me hope, when i was desperate,He comforted me, when i was too weak to carry on,He gave a shoulder to lean on, He has been faithful and indeed He never slumbers. I have made friends, I have learned a lot, I am a better being. I cried uncontrollably when i was lost in contemplation. I am now almost shading tears of Joy as i put this down. I am so grateful for those who stayed by my side, Those who have been there for me, Encouraged me, and, made feel i am an asset. I have learned yet a very significant thing the last three years, 'Whatever it takes to finish things, finish. You will learn more from a glorious failure than you ever will from something you never finished'. And now that this is gone, i now come to yet another race. A lesson i learned from the late Nelson Mandela: "After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb" If you know what this means,I AM OFFICIALLY UNEMPLOYED!!

Dear diary, It is just a few days counting to the day we have long awaited. A day the world celebrates the life achievements of and yet still, the day we shall pay the last respects to the man who bent the of men at a time when they were STIFF. The heart bender, the open hearted, the visionary and undeniably forgiving soul of the century, NELSON MADIBA MANDELA. The day comes at a time when the questions still bubble through my mind on who carry on now. To wear the shoes that no man alive can fit in but borrow the nature and make of the shoes he wore. An icon with the true kindred spirit of the African soil! Here i am right now looking for the beginning and yet the end has to make sense, After reading about and seeing a life well-lived. A life that profoundly spells out a LEGACY. At a time when the hearts of many were crowded with hatred,he spread the gospel of reconciliation. At a time when there was no hope,he gave hope to millions of people. At a time when there was total darkness in the woods,he came through like an angelic being. At a time when there was mass violation of human rights,he was ready to fight till the last drop of his blood. At time when almost everyone gave up on the battle,he sacrified to go through the insurmountable Pain. This man of immortal legacy, our father, Friend, Counselor, and the true kindred spirit,NELSON MADIBA MANDELA,was available to make things right. His principled stand in defense of the fundamental equality of all human beings was decisive in dismantling the system of apartheid. That is wisdom for today as we strive to help the vulnerable, end armed conflict, protect human rights and create the better world for which Nelson Mandela gave so much. His remarkable compassion upon his release from prison after 27 years set that South Africa immediately on a path of dialogue and reconciliation shall forever live in the hearts of many. Rest in Peace our loving father, mentor and friend NELSON MADIBA MANDELA.

I have met challenges all my life seeing people who are so ungrateful: they always want to find something to critique, I am so very clear on this,no man who has ever held the office of presidency would congratulate a friend upon getting it. I am so very sickened by every one who thinks in their cockroach heads that the global icon the late Nelson Madiba Mandela betrayed us when he reconciled the blacks and whites without reservations for revenge based on their old follies. I once again want to say this ,my, rather our hero was very clear that he was so determined to end racial imbalance for both the whites and the blacks, he did that and any sensible soul should really appreciate. Every one is overly entitled to their opinion but you have to be aware that: Every time you open your month or pen down something, you let men look into your mind. To you that are preaching the gospel of betrayal against the background of what you intend to call saintly reconciliation, you are so full of shit! Let me tell you what you don't know; Nelson Mandela Pictured himself delivering the perfect presentation, and absorbed the energy of reconciliation. The propaganda of Mandela's betrayal was spread by the former wife Winnie who mixed family issues to make it look like he was to carry the blame, If you fall suit, you are as good as stupid. Mandela brought freedom to south Africa that was torn a thunder by apartheid after years of torture in the lime pit, you should be grateful for this sacrifice.honestly!! Do you know Winnie the most scandalous woman in this issue refused to give Mandela his rights as man to an extent of making him the loneliest man in the world? Did you or did you ever read about why the two divorced? In his own words the icon presented this in court: ""The bedroom is where a man and woman discuss the most intimate details. There were so many things I wanted to discuss with her, but she is the type of person who fears confrontation. I was the loneliest man during the period I stayed with her" what do you expect from such venomous slanderer? you are no better than her if you think the twenty eight years in prison were for betrayal! RIP NELSON MADIBA MANDELA

It is with sadness that I heard of the news of Mzee Nelson Mandela’s death. The sad and heroic story of Mzee Mandela starts in 1453 AD when the Ottoman Turks captured Constantinople (Istanbul as it is called today) from the Byzantine Empire. That capture blocked the overland route from Europe to Asia that had been established by Marco Polo many centuries before. That route was important to Europe especially for spices and silk trade. With that blockage, the Europeans started looking for an alternative sea route to the East, around the massive African continent. Prince Henry, the Navigator, of Portugal established a naval school at Cadiz to improve on the construction of ships and on navigation techniques so that they could have ships that could withstand long Ocean voyages to Asia, around Africa. This is not the time and place to go into the details of that European effort of circumventing the Moslem blockade. 2 Suffice it to say that by 1498, a mere 45 years after the fall of Constantinople, the Portuguese, Vasco Da Gama, had rounded the Cape of Good Hope (Cape Town) and spent the Christmas of that year at Natal, that is why that area was so named, remembering the birth of Christ. With the discovery of the sea route to the Far East by the Europeans, that is where the sad but also heroic story of Nelson Mandela and Africa begins. Initially, the Europeans came as traders, establishing refuelling and replenishment stations for their ships on the way to the Far East. Within a few centuries, however, the traders had become the colonizers. The sad thing is that while all this was unfolding, the African Chiefs and other leaders never made serious efforts to co-ordinate in order to guarantee our future as free people. Yes, various tribes fought the colonialists. However, the co- ordination was either not there or too late. On account of internal weaknesses within Africa, therefore, by the birth of Mzee Mandela in 1918, the whole of African continent, except for Ethiopia, had been colonized. 3 Therefore, Mandela had the misfortune of being born under colonialism like many of us were. Various individuals reacted differently to this situation. Many acquiesced even and accepted collaborated with it. colonialism or However, a few others like Mandela, Albert Luthuli, Walter Sisulu, Oliver Tambo, etc., chose the difficult, hard route of resistance to colonialism. That resistance invited reprisals from the oppressors. The African National Congress (ANC) people are more qualified to go into the details of that resistance by the Party and the individuals that were involved. On account of our Pan-Africanist orientation, we linked up with the ANC in 1967 in Dar es-Salaam. Ever since that time, the NRM, or its precursors, have been working closely with the Liberation Movements of Southern Africa – ZANU, ZAPU, FRELIMO, ANC, SWAPO, MPLA, etc, etc. The resistance of all the colonized peoples in the world had benefitted from three factors: i. The continued resistance of those colonised peoples, ii. The fratricidal fighting among the imperialists (the 1st and 2nd World Wars); and 4 iii. The solidarity from the socialist countries (Soviet Union, China, etc., ever since 1917) That resistance had led to some of the cleverer imperialists giving back the freedom of the people peacefully, examples being India and many of the African countries, including Uganda. However, those who were not so clever, such as Portugal and the Boers of South Africa and Rhodesia, thought they could maintain their colonial or minority and racist regimes. It was the lot of freedom fighters like Mzee Mandela and his colleagues to sacrifice and fight those regimes. Mzee Mandela spent almost the whole of his adult life fighting for freedom, starting as a youth in the 1940s. Eventually, he went to jail where he spent 27 years. Out of his 95 years on earth, given to him by God, it is only in the last 22 years, since 1991, that he has lived as a free man. What a sacrifice!! Even those 22 last years of his life, he was not out of danger. Did I not recently hear of South African racists that were plotting to kill him for fighting for freedom? Didn’t Chris Hani die, shot dead, when South Africa was preparing for the first democratic elections? Chris Hani 5 had been at Rwakitura to visit me where I tried to prevail on him not to go back to South Africa yet, but in vain. Mzee Mandela and his colleagues in the ANC have fulfilled their mission of throwing out the oppressors. It is the duty of the present generation to immunize Africa against future colonisation. Salutations to the sacrifices and achievements of Mzee Mandela and his colleagues. Yoweri K. Museveni Gen (Rtd) CHAIRMAN OF THE NRM AND PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

It has been 95 years since the world hero Nelson Madiba Mandela started his work on earth.Born to change the world into a better place in a racist south Africa, he satisfied his most important day on earth when he set the parameters beyond measure. 18 years ago when i learned about Nelson Mandela i looked up to him like many of the world's most influential men do.HE is the father of people i can ever look up to.A true inspiration.A legend. Today as i grieve Mandela's death,i am certain he is done doing what he was supposed to do.He sets a challenge to you and I to do better than he has done that is almost impossible. As we remember his triumphs, let us, in his memory, not just reflect on how far we've come, but on how far we have to go. The freedom he rained in the land after years of sacrifice is the world's most known sacrifice next to Jesus'.In one of of his speeches to the people Mandela exudes maximum selflessness when he says:" During my lifetime I have dedicated myself to this struggle of the African people. I have fought against white domination, and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die" To many,MANDELA has been and will forever be their savior. It is only Mandela that has set parameters that only the gold medalists still yearn to get to even when they have had quite a lot in their area of expertise. It is only Mandela that the white man even in his racist state still looks up to and clearly admits that you are truly an inspiration. The next years we have to live are now a challenge for me and you since he leaves a gap to continue his work and yet far more a thing you can only achieve with divine wisdom. I know he is gone to be with the LORD.I shall and will forever look to your selfless Sacrifice and exemplary attributes all the years of my Life.RIP NELSON MADIBA MANDELA

#From:GRACE ABAHO #TO: THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA My beloved government, It has come to my knowledge that you are reconsidering amendments to the KCCA ACT 2010 in a bid to end the rifts between the Kampala mayor and the KCCA ED. It has been quite an issue for the citizens on finding the most significant "why" to the racus in town since the inception of the KCCA. Today when i read it in the papers that you are reconsidering amendments i was so overwhelmed with Joy.It is now that you seem to be tackling the source of the problem. When you appointed madam Jennifer, you practically made the mayor toothless__the ED to the KCCA was given power to the extremes.I do not know why it took you almost forever to realize you gave birth to the problem. The inception of the KCCA was a very wonderful idea.Even amid the unclear line of authority and span of control,we can see some achievements already. Yes,the mayor,ERIAS LUKWAGO could have been stubborn at some point. But do you notice he was put into a situation? Thinking about re-strategising is a wonderful idea too but the fundamental question is: "How are you going to make amendments?" The opposition and other citizens think you could have messed up by failing to set clear lines so please dont mess it up yet again. Insanity is doing the same thing again and again expecting different results. My candid advice to you is,let it be PARTICIPATORY AMENDMENTS. It now makes sense, you cant take a log from your neighbor's eye before taking out that in your own.Do the math yet again!I wish you luck. FOR GOD AND MY COUNTRY.

Dearest Hon.Frank and Mr.Yasin, I greet you all in your respective dignities.I am so very happy to have finally put down to appreciate the work done to mitigate the chaos in and around the city.I come in Peace as well to give you good counsel. It would be very unfortunate failing to appreciate the work you have done already but it would also be weird failing to pass on good counsel. To you #Yasin, It was great when you came in when the mayor was almost torn to pieces both psychologically, emotionally and physically.I was at some Point wondering whether we have the Judiciary in Uganda until you came in and said something.I hope you are going to play on much as they hurl insults and threats against you.I thank you. Please stay within the Law and we shall surely do great to find a lasting solution. To you #Frank, I thank you for the work you have done well and would like to speak some sense to you as well.I remember when you were appointed minister for Kampala many people made noise about it with chants of Tribalism Tribalism Tribalism!Do you remember the days? I have seen you do some great work since albeit the last rush hour impeachment of the mayor was quite unbecoming.Being the the minister of Kampala doesn't guarantee ownership over Kampala....the people own Kampala. If i am to remind you a little something about the law,No one is above the Law.If the court rules in favor of the Lord mayor,so shall it be just like when it rules in your favor. I have been reading the papers and i can see you insisting the impeachment still doesn't,till it is done.If you listen to me it could help:work with the judiciary and you wont regret your effort to this cause. You can do better together only if you work as a team.keep it in line with the law and handle it objectively.thank you! Yours sincerely, Abaho Grace.

Dear J.Musisi|E.Lukwago: It is my heartfelt pain that i finally speak out on the mess you have caused to this city. It is so disturbing to see two learned minds rubbing shoulders every compass direction i take and everyday i wake up.I am sure the two of you can do better than that. The inception of the KCCA by the government was for the greater good of Kampala but right now you have turned it into Kampala Capital Chaos Association. It beats my understanding and i think the understanding why the two of you have stable families and you haven't filed for divorce at any one time.If you can be good parents back home, why then do you fight in the limelight? I don't know why it happens....i am lost in contemplation albeit i know one thing about the government and opposition, they always compete to win mass support? My candid advice to you is that you begin looking at Kampala far beyond your individual selves.Your fights disorganize the city so very much.cant you reach a compromise? To you Jennifer: I appreciate what you have done for the city....i have told you many is not good though to watch what you have put together fall to pieces. You don't have to fight to impeach Lukwago;you can still do good without him.I am not sure where your rifts started but it is not cool fighting all the time. To you Erias, what is gone wrong?you know everyone thinks you are the problem.i am sure you are aware of that and there are better ways of washing yourself werent born a mayor,it is acquired.Bèfore you were the mayor you had a Life....a peaceful life.i am sure you whether you are impeached or reinstated, you will still be a successful citizen.shake it off! A few years ago i went for a dialogue with some was for positivists and naturalists, the latter couldn't come to an agreement with the former. i am sure you did that in law school(both of you).is it what you too are doing?i hope not! I have always said and i will say this:If you are not the problem,it is someone else.Find the cause of the problem, treat it and see if you don't reconcile. People go on the streets to demonstrate because both of you are important to our society.could you please let us benefit from your talents peacefully? Yours sincerely, Abaho Grace.

I haven't lost you yet
I still talk to you in my mind
And think of the stories i will tell you
And of what will make you laugh
And what will make you angry
Or shocked or excited or sad

I have lost you yet
Because i still have a closet full of clothes
That smell just like you
Then you cant be really gone

I have not lost you
Because i still have eleven voice mails
Where you tell me you love me
And if i can still hear you
Then you cant be really gone!

If you have been tried by it,you have been tempted or you have learned the hard way,
Either way,Adversity visits each one of Us.
Our learning to this blow has to fit in certain Parameters:
within that little bubble, within the gap limit and within a tiny digital graph.
It is only when we silence the blaring sounds of our daily existence that we can finally hear the whispers of the Truth;
Life reveals to us standing at the doorsteps of our hearts.

If we are to use our tools in the Service of fitting on Earth,
Our basic relationship to nature-even the story we tell ourselves about who we are has to Change.
Begin what you want to do now for you only have this moment sparkling like a star in your hand and melting like a snowflake.

If you realise that dealing that dealing with adversity is not running away from the truth but rather facing the truth, you surely will sail through the Storm.
Just remember always that if you dont know where you are going, you will end up somewhere else.
You can never cross the ocean unless you have the Courage to lose the Sight of the Shore.
Learn to deal with ADVERSITY

In the name of finding Happiness,
We diet,We jog,We meditate
Practice relaxation to curtail Stress,
And when everything goes ripe over the bend,
We think we are worthless, feel guilty and ashamed
Just know this within your mental lexicon, there are certain things that may forever haunt you
The brain systems underlying Sex,hearing, left handedness
In the farthest thoughts of the mind we are driven to;
Look beyond the hook.
This entails Panic, sexual dysfunctions,Depression and Optimism.

The mind is quite a thing in cultivating a fertile ground for happiness
The Psychological beasts:"Depression, anxiety, stupidity and traumatic stress" are lockers to self fulfilment and Happiness
Stupidity for instance is only drawn out by dealing with ignorance
There are no chances of Fulfillment in a Cycle of ignorance
It rather keeps you in the Dark
As long as you are still lost in stupidities, fears, sadness and whatever you lust after
You will achieve happiness and Fulfillment in a day dream
It is not the Pursuit of Happiness that we find Fulfillment,it is in the Happiness of Pursuit

Saying you are beautiful is one of the most debatable statements;
All the time People have different Views on defines beauty:
I personally love beauty and appreciate everything that is beautiful,
The only similarity is the use of the word 'beautiful' but differences range from color, shape and size when it comes to what looks beautiful to us.

The old age adage__'BEAUTY LIES IN THE HANDS OF THE BEHOLDER' is quite something!
Indeed dependent on what parameters you have set for your definition,it is what will look beautiful to you.

It took almost forever to take in People's perceptions on beauty
I shuddered most times when People showed me what they thought was beautiful in their eyes.
The miles i have traveled today have given me this definition of beauty:

Montagues and Capulets are two families very popular in the Elizabethan theater__known for unending FAMILY FEUDS in the book by Shakespeare;ROMEO&JULIET.
They so hated themselves to an extent that saying hullo to each was an insult enough to spark a brawl in just a twinkle of an eye.

It is written allover the the faces that we cant live in the same house
Oh how sad!_humans living like animals.
The unending family rivalry is so bad that i have seen of us,you, them just live to the fixation:
It sickens my heart everyday to see us fail to be agents of reconciliation yet we have the tool just right in our hands__FORGIVENESS!

Much as i cant do everything to change the world,
I am certain I,WE,Can do something to rectify these anomalies and break down barriers.
It is just by flexibly taking down the "CLAWS" and softly folding them into loving passionate hands.

Next day i wake or even while i am gone my LEGACY will be and should be:"THE CHANGE WE MUST HAVE HAD"
Way down from the old fixation of egocentric humans to__PLANTING TREES NOT FOR OURSELVES BUT FOR POSTERITY.
This is done,it will now be CLAWS DOWN to loving and passionate hands
No more the Montagues and Capulets but rather the wide open loving arms ready to embrace like those of CHRIST JESUS.

"AT 24"

In Life there are two kinds of errors we make;have all made them!

FIRST:Believed in some people and given them time(chance) to play prunk on us.....lets call this a "false positive" _literally meaning:our assessment was positive when it should been negative

SECOND:Created a huge block that shuts down the doors to the people who would have rather been helpful.....lets call this the"false negative"_should have given these people benefit of doubt

At 23,i called it:"23,THE GOLDEN AGE"
If you are asking what i am about to call 24?
Without parting an eyelid, here we go:
Definitely waited, and it is finally here.
Are you thinking what i am thinking?_i have to get up,twirl,shout and jump chanting slogans;
I thank you Lord for my birth and i pray for tomorrow

Just like KHALED....
Just before it skips my mind,Dj KHALED pulls a STUNT__Nicki~while offering a $500k ring~"will you marry me?"-meanwhile:as NICKI looks ON.
Back in the days:
David Beckham rocked with the "BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM CURVE"__In the Journals, magazines, trade directories, business books,E-NEWS.....

we had hair cuts;named after celebrities
Recently i walked into a saloon and the lady walks in and says:"I NEED 'A RIHANNA'"
Stil lost in Contemplation_the hair dresser tells the lady:"A KIM KARDASHIAN IS BETTER FOR YOUR HEAD"

Just for discovery i went to the saloon yesternyt_i asked the guy:"CAN U HANDLE A KANYE WEST?"
AND,he said:"taata(DAD to) NORTHWEST"_sure!
To his greatest surprise,i told him:"It was a Joke"_JUST LIKE KHALED!

Note to SELF:

A few months when i pened,I LOVED YOUR LIES,i took some rest.
Problems dont cease to appear because MAY BE you used satire to the "fools"
Speaking of the Vicious cycle, things keep on coming again and again.
For a few seconds you are almost telling them straight in their faces:
STOP LYING TO ME_that awkward moment when someone is speaking and just with you are like....LIE.LIE.LIE....

The benefit of the doubt automatically lays ground for the next lie right through you.
AND now the question:
Think really hard about this__the only reason for triumph of evil is for the good to see and do Nothing.

Be the CHANGE and uphold the appropriate virtues__"TRUTH BE TOLD"
And always remember never to violate the sacredness of your individual self-respect.
Above all,do not lie to yourself.
The man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point he cannot distinguish the truth within him,
and so loses respect for himself and others.
AND:having no respect,he ceases to Love.

Patience to many is just a word__to me,PATIENCE is my Life.
It is rather a twin sis to faith, hope and Love.
This constituency of magical words is not just BEDTIME "soothing sleep angel sleep words"
They are words you MUST make part of you both internally and externally__YOU NEED THEM,I NEED THEM,WE NEED THEM!

Patience is a word which when meditated with the words:"in the name of Jesus....we have the VICTORY....Halleujah"
Evokes nostalgia in the inside of me.
Apparently i am drawn to the thinking that it is just about learning to embrace Patience as a basic element to facing tomorrow.
I,"WE" certainly have let go of things that we ought have won
WHY?__Our PATIENCE was weak and now we are busy reciting:"WHAT IF"

The aftermath of failed Patience is and will be,WHAT IF,when everything goes ripe over the bend.
Don't rush PATIENCE,read the word and take the right speed.

Many times people mistake love for a "gain game"__Love is rather a VENTURE OF SELFLESSNESS
Giving,sharing and receiving!
We ought to re-structure our rationale of thought in the context:"WHAT DO I GIVE OR TAKE IN LOVE?"

The challenge here is,how far do you look?__just within or beyond the ordinary.
True Love begins when nothing is looked for in return.
Its my call, your call-OUR CALL to set the parameters right.
"Look forward together in the same direction"

A few tips to doing the right thing simply put:
Learn to love Work;Love to learn work and work to Learn Love.
When you start loving what you are learning,it will no longer look like work and everything will fall in place.Just fall in Love!
Accept to learn and re-learn if you want to move in the same direction
Be sure it will be!

Love is many things:But mostly love is ACTION!
Love is cheering and sharing compassion, giving and receiving.

Love is an action thing more than a word thing;that brings Joy,or relief to anyone or anything.

Many different ways of expressing Love itself_Love is a Positive effect.

Love can never have a negative effect, only a Positive effect. That would be the revelation of Love.If you have a Question of whether this is love_THINK ABOUT THE EFFECT

I want to DO things for People things they will never forget.

If I brought you a cloak
    embroidered with stars
        a staff & a crown & a steed
            would you mount it?

If I laid out a carpet
from my veins of bright red
        if I bled & I bled
            would you walk it?

If I sent you a bird
    with a song yet unheard
if it came in a cage
            would you free it?

If I wove silk from corn
if I turned wheat to gold
        would you wrap yourself up?
            Would you count it?

If I gave you a colt
with a horn in his head
would you hold out your hand?
            Would you feed it?

If I cast down my hair
with its stiff strands of grey
        if I unwound the braid
            would you climb it?

If I offered my head
    on a carved wooden plate
if I died, if I'm dead
            would you grieve it?

If I hand you an apple
    from my orchard of hearts
-- it is ripe, it is red --
            will you eat it?

A woman dreams of a house of cedar
and glass. The clocks in this house
all strike a different hour. She hangs
her feathered mask on the wall.

A man stands on a crumbling bridge,
looking down at the river and its city
of stones. He moves toward, then away
from a decision.
The woman no longer eats sugar or salt.
She has carefully folded her pleasures
and stored them away in her dome-topped

The man knows there are unlucky
places, corners where cars collide and business
follows business into failure. The rainforest,
breathing green, creeps toward the clearing
and the red-roofed house.

Thinking about my life for an art journal prompt, I realize – my life used to be full, challenging, in every way. Intellectually, emotionally, physically, aesthetically, spiritually – I pushed myself, I challenged myself, I moved, loved, lost, changed jobs, went into therapy, worked hard, read books, took classes, thought, looked at art, wrote poems …
Getting sick really was like hitting a wall. Hitting it, then being surrounded by it. No way over, around, out. Locked inside. I tried.
The first years, what energy I had went to the house, mostly. Oh, and, therapy at the beginning, thinking the problem was psychological. But no.
Where I used to be busy on all fronts, the illness narrows it down. One thing, one dimension, at a time. For a long time. Small challenges, small tasks, small thoughts.
But along the way, I forgot – or perhaps never noticed – what a truly amazing life I did lead. My life was not boring. I look at it now with some astonishment. If it were someone else, I would be impressed.
I am lucky to be a person who always had a wide internal life, since that is mostly what’s left to me now. I remind myself: treasure that, be grateful for that. Resenting what has been lost is useless. Worse than useless; it is debilitating.

Just like many of us who give credit where it is due and to someone who deserves it
Obama had my support and the support of many of us when he had just assumed power
We looked at him as the American who had the kindred spirit and the American dream
BARRACK.H.OBAMA is now something I abhor in the wake of the TRUTH of what he believes in; HOMOSEXUALITY!
A few years ago I craved to be one of OBAMA’S speech writers; BUT today if you asked me if I still want to do that; this is what I will respond:
A speech to embrace Homosexuality? NO!
I would rather do a “ROMNEY CHECK” into the policies than write such an Ugly speech.
Obama has this to say; “Our journey is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law," Obama said. "For if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well”

So sick of the blindfold of foolery, I strongly hate that crap.
The scripture is so clear in the book of Romans 1: Vs. 24-32;
Vs.24…Because of this God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.25.They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and created other things rather the creator who is forever praised. Amen.26.Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged their natural relations with women and were inflamed with last for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for perversion.
28. Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice.30.They are gossips,slanderers,God-haters,insolent,arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil;theydisobey their Parents;31.they are senseless,faithless,heartless,ruthless.32.Although they know God’s righteous decree to those who do such things is death, they not only continue to do those very things, but also approve of those who do those things.
This is rather a the truth about what has gone topsturvy for everything that initially was right is now gone down the drain
The fore fathers who built the greatest nation on earth have not taken long in the joy and jubilation but rather have begun to grieve so soon;
For a little while we believed there was a new era in the land but hey!!
It is rather the release of pestilence upon the land.
In his dream Martin Luther mentioned of a time when America was gone be the place where good things come and where the best in the land for the rest of the world to cope would be.
What on earth would Uganda, my country, learn from America?
May be: “Doing away with the very worst of the present day insubordination to GOD”
History keeps both records and for this record…in the autobiography of Hussein Barrack Obama we have: “the first American black president who legalized gay rights”
To my greatest surprise he has very quick disciples!!!!!
"Today, President Obama made history with a clear and passionate declaration of the fundamental rights of LGBT Americans, and all Americans," said Allyson Robinson.
Robinson said lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people "expect great progress over the next four years
Rea Carey, executive director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, said in a statement:
"It's now time for the president -- and for all of us -- to finish the job of ensuring that every American gets a fair shake," Carey said. "President Obama has repeatedly shown he is willing to fight for us. We have another four years to keep the momentum going."

A few years ago i sat in contemplation:
how and when i was going to fend through all that was traversing my Life at the time
There came an angel who i believe was heaven sent.
She has answered the beginning of where i wanted to be
AND:I am so clothed in a lot of hope because she has cemented in me a kindred spirit
that believing that the God we serve is a mighty one for he;
"takes care of all of our needs! And worrying just does nothing but make us anxious"

Certain words we miss to hear and when we get chance to hear them, embrace them:
" God wants more than for you to use your adversity for good"
These words are so fresh on my mind and i will hold them unto my heart always
The very moment our minds are set to the notion,SOMEONE CARES ABOUT ME,we rise up every time we fall
It isn't what you have or who you are or where you are or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about it
I am so filled with hope because i believe the foundation in which my hope is built is a strong one;
Hope that is irrevocable, the one he alone gives.
Its not entirely because i read the bible but rather because i have met,in the early part of my Life the wells of hope,I thank you for the Love Diane Stanton.

And once the storm is over, I  will remember how i made it through, how i managed to survive. For i am   sure, whether the storm is really over, one thing is certain when i come out of the storm, I won’t be the same person who walked in.

There is nothing quite like the sting
Of changing for someone
Only to find out
You are still not the person they want
Some spend years
Trying to fit someone Else's Life
In a way that is irreplaceable
Only to be replaced anyway
It such a bitter helplessness
To be willing to give anything
To be willing to give what someone needs
But knowing deep down
You will be:
A person of NO importance

I loved your lies right from the start
Although i was never really fooled
I was more than willing to play a part
In the fantasy world you ruled
Perhaps i loved the lies you told
Because i could lie too.

It was like a secret pass
To escape all that was true
You were the QUEEN of contradiction
I was the KING of Vagary
We had both learned long ago
That lies can set you free
And the lines People try to Draw

Between what is fake and what is real
Is less about some absolute thing
And more about the way you feel
So there was truth in all our lies
And when we set each other free
We never regretted the time we spend laughing our REALITY off!

Nor white nor red ever seen
So amorous as this lovely green
Fair,Quiet,I have found of you here,
whose short and narrow verged shade
To a green thought in a green shade.
Your sacred Leaves,If there above
Only among the Plants will grow
Meanwhile the mind,from pleasure less,
withdraws into its Happiness,
No name shall be found but your own.
To win the Palm,Oak or bays
And their incessant labors
Crowned from a single herb,or tree
while all flowers and trees do close
Fair trees wheresoever your barks I would;
To all delicious solitude
society is ALL but rude
The desert,the ocean where each kind;
Does straight its own resemblance find
Yet it creates,transcending these.
Such is the happy Olive tree-state,
After a Place so pure and sweet
But it is beyond a mortal's share
To wander solitary there;
Two paradises it is in one
To live i paradise alone.

I  want to thank the almighty God and everybody who has been in my Life---
I speak of everybody--those who have made me cry and laugh!
I cant cease to remember that appreciating everyday as it comes is a good approach to Positive Living!
In the early part of my Life,I have been Loved, hated,Praised, made wrongs, abused, forgiven, mocked and betrayed among many things Life has offered to.
Albeit the Journey is just started and as the years go by i have learned that People around Us change and ALL that comes to Us especially if they hurt!

Do you sit and ask yourself why didn't cry uncontrollably while you smiled?-
Simple;Just because you were in the Comfort zone.
I thought about the many times i have jumped, twirled, shouted, hated, felt alone and it is rather just not the end of the world--we always have the next day;can change so much if we don't dwell on the yesterdays.
I have learned to LIVE,--To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all-----
I cant seem to be more grateful to GOD but rather Praise his mighty name everyday for he has surely had his Protective arm wrapped around me.

When the haters roar,i am never moved and this is because i keep lots of Love around myself from the only one trusted friend Jesus Christ!
As i grew up,My dad always told not to trust nobody but just dwell on the concept that People will be People.
To unmask the masqueraded faces---which he,my dad, called the hoodwinking characters is something that relieves the air of pestilence.
I know life's shuttering pangs follow me everyday and i am ready to traverse all that befalls me now and the years later.
I believe there are only two ways to live your life; One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.
If you have a fundamental Question and you don't give it attention,it breeds several.---
The brand new kind of ME,chooses to give undivided attention to that one original Question and this is because:
Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple!
Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.
